Printing and Using Secure Print
Locations of printers
There is a printer in box office and one in P&P office. These printers are added when you log in to a computer automatically. Secure Print is also added, but this is a virtual printer that allows you to print from both of these machines. Secure print is the best choice to print to.
Secure Print (the default printer)
Secure Print lets you send documents to a holding area which only you can access. The benefits of using this is that you can send lots of documents to the printer at any time, then release them all at once when you are physically at the printer at a time of your choosing. It is also useful for printing sensitive documents when there otherwise might be a risk that someone else can see it.
You can release your documents from either the Box office or P&P printers.
Register your access card with Secure Print
In order to use secure print, you must register your staff card onto the system.
Tap your card on the card reader at the box office or P&P printer. Only do this once, be patient and the screen will change after a few secs!
